Fee Structure

Jeanne’s mediation fees vary depending on the manner in which the mediation is conducted and the number of separate sides.

For two or three party mediations conducted via Zoom videoconferencing, the full-day and half-day rates are as follows:

• Full Day $3,000
• Half Day $1,750

For two-party in-person mediations conducted in Jeanne’s offices in Irvine, California, the full-day and half-day rates are:

• Full Day $3,950
• Half Day $2,250

For online mediations involving four or more separate sides or for in-person mediations involving three or more separate sides, the above-referenced fees will be increased by a minimum of $500.  Hybrid mediations are also available with rates provided upon request.

All full-day and half-day rates include all preparation and pre-mediation telephone time. If session time for a full day exceeds eight hours or for a half day exceeds four hours, the additional time will be billed at $395 per hour.

All fees are split equally among the parties unless the parties agree otherwise.

There are no initiation, set-up, or case management fees.
